Under limited direction, facilitates the on-boarding of new hires. Ensure compliance with job description requirements and document requirements in accordance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards. Provide employment sourcing and recruitment support for assigned areas.
Performs and preparesnew hire information including criminal background checks in a timely manner.
Meet with new hires tocomplete/review new hire paperwork
Obtain necessarysupporting documents
Ensure accuratecompletion of I-9 form and supporting documents
Ensure new hire filesare accurate and complete
Facilitate thefingerprinting of Bradley Center employees
Assists in thepreparation for new hire orientation
Promote effectiveteamwork by functioning as a back-up for other recruiters to cover during peakrecruitment, vacations or illnesses.
Develops knowledge ofcustomer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost-effectiveand efficient manner.
Develops innovative,creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs ofeach client department.
Leverages various resourcesto source qualified candidates using the Internet, Community BasedOrganizations, print media, formal/informal networks, etc., to source a diversecandidate pool.
