Position Title: Administrator I Logistics
Position Location: Salisbury, NC

Position Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for order entry, scheduling pickups with vendors, tendering loads to the private fleet, ensuring loads are picked up and delivered timely, and ensuring all freight billings are entered timely and accurately. This position will work with the fleet operators on daily execution to ensure the private fleet operates effectively and efficiently.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule pickups at vendor locations and accurately update the TMS systems in a timely fashion
• Assist in any store order entry requests that come in
• Act as a single point of contact for communications to other DC's to effectively coordinate workflow between facilities
• Handle phone calls from retail personnel, vendors, and other partners for service issues and special requests
• Complete any required reporting assigned
Requirements Basic Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
• 2 to 5 years in a freight brokerage or trucking company type environment

Skills and Abilities:
• Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Knowledge of Logistics & Transportation functions

• Ability to drive results and create efficiencies in a timely manner
• Ability to problem solve quickly
• Highly motivated self starter that is a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
